Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-4) is a naturally occurring protein found in virtually all human cells and is well tolerated as a therapeutic peptide. Note that TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4 with similar properties.

Side effects to be aware of
Injection site reactions
CommonMild redness or swelling at the injection site. Resolves within 24 to 48 hours typically.
Mild fatigue
UncommonOccasionally reported in the first few days. Usually considered part of the healing response.

Contraindications

- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
When to contact your physician
- Nausea, vomiting, or digestive symptoms that are severe or do not ease within two weeks
- Any chest pain, palpitations, or significant change in heart rate
- Signs of allergic reaction: rash, hives, swelling of the face or throat, or difficulty breathing
- Injection site reactions that worsen, spread, or do not resolve within 72 hours
- Any new or worsening symptoms that concern you, regardless of whether they seem related to your protocol
