Side effects to be aware of

Injection site reactions

Common

Mild redness or swelling at the injection site.

Transient fatigue

Uncommon

Some patients report fatigue during the days following administration, potentially related to the senolytic mechanism and immune response to cleared cells.

Mild inflammatory response

Uncommon

Clearance of senescent cells may trigger a local or mild systemic inflammatory response. This is expected as part of the mechanism.

Monitoring

Inflammatory markers and general wellbeing should be assessed after each administration cycle.

Who is a good candidate?

Generally suitable for
  • Adults pursuing longevity protocols under physician supervision and with informed consent about limited human data
Not suitable for
  • Those expecting immediate measurable results (senolytic effects are cumulative and not immediately apparent)
  • Patients with active cancer without oncology clearance

Contraindications

Your physician screens for these conditions before prescribing. Do not attempt to self-prescribe.

  • Active cancer (senescent cells may play protective roles in some contexts - discuss with oncologist)
  • Recent surgery (senescent cells play roles in wound healing)
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding

When to contact your physician

  • Nausea, vomiting, or digestive symptoms that are severe or do not ease within two weeks
  • Any chest pain, palpitations, or significant change in heart rate
  • Signs of allergic reaction: rash, hives, swelling of the face or throat, or difficulty breathing
  • Injection site reactions that worsen, spread, or do not resolve within 72 hours
  • Any new or worsening symptoms that concern you, regardless of whether they seem related to your protocol
  • Changes in any monitored values outside the range your physician specified

If you are ever unsure, contact your physician. That is what they are there for.
